Paying yearly costs ten months, not twelve — the monthly figure is exactly one tenth of the annual price.

By property size

A guesthouse shouldn't pay like a 90-room hotel

The bigger the property, the less each room costs to run on Pegasus. Annual prices below; the monthly equivalent is one tenth of each figure.

Property size Front Desk Front Desk + F&B Full House
Up to 20 rooms Guesthouse ₦240,000₦450,000₦660,000
21 – 50 rooms Most common ₦350,000₦650,000₦950,000
51 – 100 rooms Large hotel ₦520,000₦960,000₦1,400,000
Over 100 rooms Or a group By quotation — and every additional property under one owner takes 30% off its band price.

Moving up a tier takes effect the same day — no reinstall, no migration, no losing a week of trading.

In every tier

No per-seat maths at the front desk

Add the night porter, the new housekeeper, the accountant who visits on Fridays. Staff accounts are unlimited on every plan, because charging a hotel per user just teaches it to share logins.

  • Unlimited staff accounts — never pay per user
  • All 201 permissions, with roles you can edit yourself
  • The complete audit log of every change
  • Printable folios, vouchers, invoices and thermal receipts
  • The in-app user guide, including role-by-role walkthroughs
  • Product updates for as long as you subscribe
  • Your data exportable to Excel whenever you ask

On-premise

If it runs in your building, there is a building to wire

On-premise is not a laptop under the front desk. Pegasus runs as a server on your own network, and every terminal that touches it — reception, each bar, each restaurant till, the back office — is a station on that network. Reception and the outlets are rarely near each other, so the cabling is most of the work.

Installation

Survey, server build, cabling, switch and router config, every station commissioned, printers mapped, staff trained, records migrated. Your staff network is kept separate from guest Wi-Fi.

Front desk only
from ₦450,000
Front desk + one outlet
from ₦750,000
Multiple outlets
from ₦1,200,000

Transport and logistics are not included — they are billed separately, at cost, and quoted before we travel.

Hardware

Buy it yourself against our written spec and pay for installation only, or we source it at cost plus 15% and handle the warranty. Most hotels already own part of this.

Server + UPS
~₦850,000
Switch, router, patch panel
~₦190,000
Cabling, per station point
~₦14,000
Reception station + A4 printer
~₦550,000
POS till + thermal printer, per outlet
~₦480,000

Support

Most faults are software or configuration, and we fix those over the encrypted tunnel the same day. Cover is sold on how fast we answer, not on a quota of visits — so the incentive is to solve it now, not to schedule a trip.

Essential
₦150,000 / yr remote, business hours, next-business-day response
Priority
₦420,000 / yr extended hours, 4-hour response, one on-site visit a year in your state

Further call-outs ₦95,000 within your state; outside it, ₦95,000 plus travel at cost — quoted before we book anything. A loan server is available if yours fails, subject to one being free.

Nightly encrypted backup to our cloud is included on every on-premise install, and restores are tested rather than assumed.

The licence costs the same either way. Everything above is the server, the cabling and the hands to install it — a one-off, not a surcharge on the software. Cloud needs no hardware at all — just a one-off onboarding fee to set up your hotel and train your staff remotely (₦60,000 / ₦120,000 / ₦200,000 by tier; on-site training at travel cost), while hosting, backups and updates sit inside the licence price. We'll recommend cloud unless your connectivity genuinely rules it out.

Straight answers

The questions we always get asked.

Is Pegasus priced per user?

No. It is one price per property, per year, and staff accounts are unlimited — you never pay to add a receptionist, a housekeeper or a bar attendant. All 201 permissions are included on every tier, and you can edit the roles yourself.

What happens to my front desk when the power or the internet goes out?

That depends on how you deploy. Cloud needs a connection. On-premise puts the server inside your building, so the front desk and the POS keep selling through internet and power interruptions — and a nightly encrypted backup to our cloud is included on every on-premise install, with restores tested rather than assumed.

Do I need a separate POS for my restaurant and bar?

No — the Front Desk + F&B tier includes a multi-outlet POS with its own menus and order numbering, split tenders, and void and refund controls. Because it writes to the same ledger, a room charge posts straight onto the in-house guest's folio instead of onto a paper docket, and checkout is blocked until that folio reads zero.

What does on-premise cost on top of the licence?

The licence costs exactly the same either way. What is extra is the server, the cabling and the hands to install it: installation from ₦450,000 for front desk only (transport and logistics billed separately, at cost), hardware you can buy yourself against our written spec, and a support plan from ₦150,000 a year. All of it is quoted after a survey rather than guessed. Cloud needs no hardware at all — just a one-off onboarding fee to set up your hotel and train your staff remotely: ₦60,000 on Front Desk, ₦120,000 on Front Desk + F&B, ₦200,000 on Full House. On-site training is available, with travel at cost.

Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?

Yes. The monthly figure is exactly one tenth of the annual price, so paying yearly costs you ten months instead of twelve.

What if my hotel has more than 100 rooms?

The published bands run to 100 rooms because that covers most Nigerian properties. Above that, send us your room count and we will confirm the figure in writing.

Can I start on cloud and move on-premise later?

Yes. A hotel runs one or the other, never both, and moving between them is a migration we perform for you — your database is exported and restored onto the new deployment. Your records come with you.

Is my data mine if I leave?

Yes. Guests, folios and financial reports export to Excel whenever you ask — as a feature, not a favour. There is no exit fee and no hostage data.

Still want the number for your hotel?

Tell us your room count and whether you run outlets. We'll confirm the exact figure in writing — and if on-premise is on the table, we'll survey before quoting rather than guessing.
